Poe Companies formed a joint venture with REI, Inc., and partnered with Mays & Lees to build a mixed-use development in Chandler, Arizona.
The Courtyard Chandler shares a common expansive fitness center, business center, and meeting rooms with the adjacent Fairfield Inn & Suites. The focal point of the new lobby is the GoBoard – a 52-inch LCD touch screen where you can find nearby attractions and directions. At the Courtyard Chandler, guests also enjoy The Bistro, a new dining concept serving breakfast and dinner, grab and go items, coffee, and full bar. The Courtyard Chandler is conveniently located in the heart of the area’s corporate district.
