Poe is currently developing the Amazon built-to-suit facility with a 142,000 -square-foot building with truck loading and unloading areas on Durrett Lane near Preston Highway. The project also calls for about 700 parking spaces for vans. The property had previously been home to a vacant 225,000-square-foot former bank processing center.
