The Bluegrass Manor open-air shopping center sits next to Mall St. Matthews, faces Shelbyville Road and houses Whole Foods Market, Toys-R-Us and Urban Active fitness club (the largest facility in its chain). This 140,000 sq ft strip was purchased in 2006 and re-developed with the new Whole Foods Market anchor.
