The site is approximately 27.5 acres and located in Park Central along I-35, in between F.M. Highway 734 (Parmer Lane Overpass) and Yager Lane in Austin, Texas. In addition to the completed and sold fitness building and the available office buildings, the developers have added a Hilton Garden Inn, a Courtyard and Fairfield Inn by Marriott Hotels, and 1-acre commercial out-lot.
