Poe Companies is developing 49.5 acres in Shepherdsville Kentucky into a 633-unit, Class B+ multi-family development featuring apartments, townhomes and single-family residences. Saltwell Springs will offer first-class amenities including a clubhouse, pool, splash pad and grill stations. Saltwell is located just south of Louisville Kentucky and will be the newest multi-family development in the county. Site development is underway. Leasing begins in 2025.
